The wording on this is throwing me off. Are they an LTCer, or just someone who concealed a gun they own?
The caller, who is a concealed handgun owner, shot and killed the person,

The caller, who has a concealed-handgun license, pulled out a gun and shot the other person she said.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

Just typical, bad reporting/labeling, from copy desk employees, who really don't have a clue, and are under pressure to "get the story out" without having time to do simple on line search for correct verbiage.

It appears this might be the scenario we have all talked about. A homeless person runs up or walks fast towards you. I know the reports in Dallas is that they have an epidemic of the homeless overdosing on K-2. Homeless and no money, but they can have cell phones and K-2?

You might have that backwards. You spend you money and your health on drugs and its required paraphernalia (including phones to find your dealer), and you become homeless and broke.
