Maryland is a may issue state. Permit required to buy a gun. Antique rifles may be openly carried.

Must be comforting knowing that the boss just fired an employee and he can come back and kill everyone and there is nothing you can do but hide under your desk.

Tracy said Prince has a lengthy criminal history, including 42 arrests, mostly for probation violations, and 15 felony convictions. Tracy did not offer details.


Fifteen felony convictions and they let him wander around in public. What could possibly go wrong?
