If he was OC, and they saw it, they could have made it up to get him in trouble because he told 'em to knock it off. Lots of vindictive people out there, and that includes teenagers.Oldgringo wrote:Does everybody want to be a CHL/OC proponent barrister?
Y'all reckon the kids could've conjured this gun flashing story? You know, kinda' like all of the 30-40 year old 'inappropriate contact' bull we've all heard so much about lately?

...and the HOA president might have just told the responding officers what he said and did. Some folks get a gun but pass on the good judgement accessory.

I'm sorry, but logic plays no part in this story.
First we give em a fair trial, (whoever they may be) then we hang em.

I think aggravated assault is going to be difficult to pursue. It sounds more like it will be reduced to terroristic threat at the most. Plus, as stated in other posts, and the history of poor reporting, we don't have all of the info, to be able to do more than guess. JMHO

What a novel proposition! Yes, let us see if he is guilty before we sentence him. After all, this is not a sexual harassment question where the accused is guilty until proven innocent.Abraham wrote:"But before we list the ways he should be punished here, perhaps we should wait to see if he is guilty"
