Cell phone can be tracked, disabled OTA by the carrier. Is it smart to rob a cell phone store?

Our country is often criticized for housing ever so many criminals, far and away more so than the rest of the world percentage-wise. Why we have more prisons per....blah, blah, blah....

These pitiful specimens of inhumanity are prime examples of why.

Jason Riley, a Conservative writer, in his book, "Please Stop Helping Us" pointed out a common complaint regarding the number of black prisoners amounting to over 70% of the entire prison population.

He went on to elaborate that fact is so, because they commit over 70% of the crimes worthy of being locked up.

P.S. Jason Riley is black.

If you read the book "Rise of the Warrior Cop", it details that much of the incarceration in the US is drug related. Other sources like the link below appear to confirm that. So to balance that, we seem bent on releasing criminals who commit violent like this robbery. Too often, I see criminals who finally escalate their activities to very violent acts who have long previous rap sheets. Quickly multiplying the sentences for those past crimes confirms that if they had be served, the creeps would have still been in jail when the latest crime was committed. It would seem that there is a small percentage of people willing to do violent crimes like this one and if we "aged" them past their youth in prison, the violent crime rate would drop even faster than it is.
