HB 750, one of the two campus carry bills filed in the House, was referred today to the Homeland Security & Public Safety Committee.

Yeah, me to. I'm in one of the categories of people that Alice Tripp is requesting written testimony from ("graduate or law school students who attend class at night, veterans returning from Iraq or Afghanistan who are resuming their studies, or enrollees at community colleges or technical schools here in Texas"), so I'm working on writing that now.

This would be an ideal time to call all the committee members' offices, let them know you support HB 750. SCCC is estimating that they'll be outnumbered 2:1 at the hearing tomorrow, so please make sure the committee members hear YOUR voice:
