Magazines for Kimber UC II

#1

Post by anygunanywhere »

I need to buy some magazines for my new Kimber UC II Stainless. The Kimber mag appears to be of better quality than the ones that came with my CDP Pro. I have Wilson Combat mags in my CDP Pro.

Do any of you Kimber packers have any advice on the UC II factory mags as well as aftermarket for this model pistola?

Thanks HV. All I have left are the ten rounders. Probably doesn't want them sticking out quit that far but if you do, anygun, they are quality mags. :eek6 Thought for sure you would steer him to the Novaks.

MegCar mags, Chip McCormick mags

I had a few FTF with the Kimber mags.
Used the MegCar mags, now using Chip McCormick mags.

ZERO failures with either of those two magazines. 2000+ rounds thru the McCormicks.

gigag, is that Ultra a compac (Officers model) or Commander length? When I carried my compac I also used an 8 rd mag & let it stick out one rd.
