SOLD: 3200 125gr. moly 9mm & 500 .45 moly bullets
I'm cleaning my reloading room so it can be revamped. I came across approx. 3,200 (by weight) 9mm/38 Super moly-coated bullets. They weigh 125.5 gr.(n) TC and are sized .356. I have 500 200 gr. moly-coated . I'll sell all of them for $125 for pickup in Friendswood, They will fit in a flat-rate USPS box, so will ship them for the actual shipping cost.
In the interest of full disclosure, I quit using them because it left a light moly coating in the barrel. Cleaning it was too much work. Guys that use moly bullets must have a secret they use to clean barrels.
Post here if you want them and send a PM with contact information.

Re: Sale: 3200 125gr. Moly 9mm bullets
If you can misplace 3200 9mm bullets and an unknown number of .45 in you reloading room I'm visualizing the storage room the Ark is placed into in Indiana Jones.

I found the .45ACP bullets, but I only have 500 bullets (by weight) of 200 gr. ball-type bullets. I'll throw them in with the 3,200 9mm for the same price.

That is a great deal! I am at the point of giving up loading 9mm or I would pounce on them as I like those moly coated bullets. But in my own interest of full disclosure, I soak the barrel in Kroil, run a Outer's bore snake through the bore a few times and call it good. That residual moly bothers me not at all, although maybe it should. Alkanox and vigorous scrubbing might get rid of the stuff, or your barrel's rifling ;)Charles L. Cotton wrote: ...
