March 28- 8:50 a.m.

8:00a.m. – Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety Or Upon Adjournment
Livestream 6 http://www.house.state.tx.us/fx/av/live ... cmte40.ram" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hearing HB 801 now, strict liability/crime/penalty enhancement for a bullet crossing school property (opposed)
seems to be going well
(schools being built next to a current hunting area, depriving hunters of property rights they used to enjoy, and hunter seeking redress for his loss- land which is now de-valued)

I'm wondering who will prosecute cartel members in Ciudad Juarez who leave bullet holes in schools in Texas, like at UTEP and the lower schools where you hear gunfire while playing outdoor sports.

Why does everything have to be so hard?

Why can't they have TV cameras and live TV feeds when meetings/votes are happening? :thumbs2:
