I expect the Tac-Con block at the special price will sell out in a matter of hours. Tom Givens posted the notice in the Tac-Con 2023 Facebook Group at 2pm Central.

The host hotel for Tac Con is the Marriott Conference Center in Carrollton. It is about 10 minutes from the range. This is also the pick-up point for the shuttle to/from the range.
