havent been around for a while... been getting priorities strait. here is some info i can pass along, hope you take advantage of it.

*Gordon Carrell has teamed up with Vincent Zontini and is offering 4 hour classes held at Iimpact Zone. Their website http://www.itsonlytime.com. its only a 4 hour class for 100 bucks.

*Gabe Suarez will be out at Impact on March 23-26 doing a "close range gunfighting", and a "rifle gunfighting/urban carbine" class. Gabe, IMO, has a great mindset and great philosophy on defense and gunfighting; his classes are defenatley worth the effort. here is a link to his monthly newsletter (good read) http://suarezinternational.com/ezine/wa ... c2005.html at the bottom of the page is a schedule with links to sign up for the classs.

*Bill Jeans is comming out to Impact Zone for a “Tactical Firearms Training Series' DATE: 28 – 30 APRIL 2006 ( 3-day class ). http://www.morrigan-consulting.com/contact.html

email i got from phill, explaining the class:
COURSE: ADVANCED TACTICAL PISTOL
This intense course will supplement the student’s existing handgun training with advanced gunfighting skills based on real-world experience. Course material includes practical marksmanship, gun-handling, continuity of fire, malfunction clearance, shooting with movement, mental conditioning for combat, use of cover, wounded drills, one hand manipulation, ground-fighting, weapon retention and more. It incorporates full-contact defensive tactics with live-fire shooting. This is NOT a basic course, and is physically challenging. It is NOT competition oriented. Attendance is dependent on prior completion of a Morrigan Consulting or other acceptable defensive pistol course from a competent training provider. Check with Morrigan Consulting if you are not sure.
EQUIPMENT: Each student will need to bring a heavy-duty pistol with a holster and a carrier system for spare ammunition (at least two spare magazines or speed loaders) a flashlight with a push-button switch, and knee and elbow pads. Bring your concealment carry gear, or tactical gear if you use it, but bring the gear you are likely to fight in! This is not competition oriented. Wrap-around eye protection and hearing protection are mandatory for all attendees.
AMMUNITION: 900 rounds of full-power ammunition is a minimum. HOURS: 08:00 to 17:00 on day 1 and 3. Late start and night shoot on day 2 if permitted.
