You can start here: https://www.dps.texas.gov/RSD/CHL/Licen ... InList.pdf. Unfortunately, DPS doesn't include a location or region, so you may need to search by telephone area code.

But if I may offer a recommendation, check this upcoming class on Friday, January 13: http://www.pscshootingclub.com/index.ph ... ay-1-13-17. Even though I live over 50 miles from PSC in Friendswood, I steer anyone interested to Charles's monthly LTC class. After all, who better to take the class from than someone who has been directly involved in writing Texas gun laws for over two decades?

In addition to the Arms Room, check Tom Estep at http://www.tomestepshooting.com/. I've known Tom for about 10 years. I consider Charles and Tom to be some of the best options possible for the LTC class in the South Houston/Kemah/Galveston area.

Tom teaches mostly out of the Arms Room. Having taken classes from Both Charles and Tom, I would agree with Skiprr that these are the best of the best instructors.

A good place to find other instructors is at the Texas city Gun range. Most of the area instructors will have business cards available.
