His actions on Facebook, in his well publicized demonstrations , and ESPECIALLY in the State Capitol certainly would justify doing that, IMHO.

On a knee-jerk basis, I agree, but on second thought, it could backfire, too...... you have this locked-up lunatic, and the libruls saying "THESE are the people who want open carry!!!"
