Prohibiting Open Carry on campus (including streets, sidewalks, etc.)

Ellis has argued that for SB17 that we shouldn't follow other states.


He is know saying that SB11/Campus Carry we should fall in line with 24 other states that give each college the choice on whether to allow campus carry.

With all due respect for the Senators on the floor presenting amendments, they are missing the important fact that CHL on campus applies to lots other people on campus other than students. "Campus carry" means anyone on campus, not just students.
