When will they decide on SB 17 or HB 910

Just as the title says, the Senate has sent SB 17 to the House and the House is about to vote (I hope) on HB 910. So at what point will they pick one or the other and vote on it?

SB 17 has yet to be assigned to a House committee so that it could be voted out of committee and eligible to be substituted for 910 on the House floor.

One could easily see some shenanigans involved in that on the part of Strauss.

It has been decided for us... the house will vote on 910, then send it to the senate.

HB910 was just passed in the House.

At least if the house bill passes the senate, there are no retention requirements

None in the senate version either, only that the class must cover the use of restraint holsters and methods and the instructor must be qualified to teach it.
