GA: National Guard Member Self-Defense at Sonic

While technically not a drive 'thru' and no 'drive-thru line', still sounds like a good shoot.
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Police say a man shot at a group of armed men who allegedly tried to rob him while he was waiting in the drive-thru line at a fast food restaurant Sunday night.

This link says he was a National Guardsman

I wasn't able to watch the video so maybe it is addressed in there, but there are plenty of Sonics that have an actual drive-thru now-a-days.

Doesn't change the fact that this was still a good shoot.

Is it my imagination? Or are we seeing an increase in the number of these stories? Has CHL reached a critical mass where the results of persons defending themselves are making the news on a regular basis now?

Keith,
Some Sonics do have drive thru windows in addition to the car hop lanes. The one closest to my house does. :tiphat:

It does seem like it. My worry is that the facts of these cases will be distorted by anti-gun orgs to push their agenda.

You should drive through and pick up a Route 44 cherry limeade. Extra cherries.
