Woman stabbed at GM Tech Center in Warren; Valet driver with CPL intervenes

One woman visits another woman (possibly mother-daughter relationship) who is at work, both go outside (apparently, parking area maybe) to talk. Visitor starts stabbing employee (abdomen, neck, back), valet and his manager come out of office to respond. Valet has Concealed Pistol License (snubby!), draws and stops stabber at gun point.

Woman stabbed is in critical condition at hospital. Stabber is in police custody. Valet driver says he was escorted off the property and told he was not welcome back.
Initially, he said he had been fired after the incident. General Motors says he has not been fired.
The video report indicates the valet drivers are a contract service, so apparently the driver is not employed by GM directly.

Outrageous.

Maybe GM would be OK had the valet beat back the stabber with one of their brake pedals that seem to fall off their vehicles.
