Yep. It's a big case. Paxton's arguments are strong. The lower court basically didn't want to make a ruling and weaseled out.

I'd forgotten about this, sort of. The commerce clause where the gov hangs it hat when it wants to push regs that would otherwise be Unconstitutional.
