Was out to lunch yesterday with the wife and came out of the restaurant to see local PD giving a drunk test to someone that was obviously tanked and driving ...at 1pm.
We sat in the car for about 10 minutes while he did his thing, just to be on the safe side, while he cuffed the guy and put him in the car. As he's getting in the car, he turns and gives us the thumbs up.
Professional arrest from the looks of it (it looked like he let the drunk make a phone call before he carted him off) and the LEO definitely had his head on a swivel, even in our small little town.
