Same for me. Red is too intense.

Maybe more of a darker red or maroon such as the letters in your signature?

The value of the forum is the contents, but a little eye candy certainly dresses things up. I love the changes. Very Nice. We all appreciate the work that has gone into this.

There is one thing I noticed missing from the updates. There used to be a dot on the flag on the left that indicated posts that we had previously posted in. Maybe it's just a switch, or something that phpBB decided to drop support with.

it's still there, it's a tiny star at about 1o'clock on the circle next to the topic. it would be really hard to see on anything smaller than my rather large laptop.

The old software had bold blue for unread and not-bold blue for read threads.
That worked well for me... YMMV. When I load the active topics page, it's a sea of bright red.
If there is a way for me to change that, please let me know.

Otherwise, the look and fee of the new software is great.
Still not had much time to look for new features... Maybe next week.

Thanks to Charles for all the effort!

do you have the code posted somewhere? would love to have this

Awesome! Love it. If you need some graphics made or somethin lemme know. I know my way around GIMP pretty well. I made my avatar and make wallpapers form time to time.
