Have you decided on a tentative date?
Thanks for the reminder. I sent a notice to my fellow Board members to see if anyone objects. It will have to be on a weekday, but I don't expect to see any opposition. The Board/Club strongly supports the carrying of self-defense handguns!

I'm happy to make it available for instructor certs.
I'm an hour down the road in Dripping Springs. Holler if you want to organize something.
I'm also in DS and would appreciate joining the proficiency cert. Thanks.

I posted a separate thread with a "poll" to select between two days.

This is my first year renewing ... I received notice to renew and select between two three- day periods.

It says I must attend half day, is that half day for all three days or just one?

Secondly, everyone is talking about the NRA documents but it didn't say anything about that in the letter? So I'm assuming NRA Basic Pistol?

Lastly, I can be qualified by another LTC instructor in my area for the shooting part?

Sorry. I dug through the threads but they jump all over the place for me

Thanks in advance!

Class is 4 hours total.

As long as initial NRA Pistol Cert is still active, you should still be good.

Yes, another instructor needs to qualify you with both semi and revolver.

No big rush on any of it for now - except getting scheduled into one of those 1/2 day classes.
