Looking at:
TITLE 37 PUBLIC SAFETY AND CORRECTIONS
PART 1 TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
CHAPTER 6 LICENSE TO CARRY HANDGUNS

There was an update on March 15, 2017.

I think there's been these two changes.
Renewal of License moved to 6.16 from 6.15. I don't know which rule was added.
Record Retention (6.42) says records must be kept for six years.

Does anyone know if there were other changes?
