WTB small primer 45acp brass (or trade LP for it)

Postby flechero » Tue Jan 31, 2017 9:15 pm

Any of you guys sitting on a stash of small primer 45 acp brass? I'm interested in buying some or trading up to 500-600 pieces 1:1 for large primer. I'd like to keep some on hand for when I run out of lg primers or when large primers get scarce again.

I'm in the temple area but travel to N Dallas every few months, and to N Austin monthly-ish.

Thanks, :tiphat:
Keith

I have a bunch of small primer Speer cases that I would be willing to swap with you. I'm in North Fort Worth.

I didn't know they came in 2 sizes. Now I'll have to go look

GrandmasterB - PM sent.

Rex B. Yep, I didn't know at first either... I just thought I had a boogered primer pocket! No matter how hard you push that lever, a large primer won't seat in a small pocket! It only takes one, now I can spot them a mile away!

Rex B.... Google it and they specify manufactures such as Federal who have gone to the small primers. Depending on the powder you use, it can effect your velocity also.

Still looking for small primer 45 acp brass?
I have around 400, all clean.
$20.00 PP to cover shipping and they are all yours.
Recently got out of the .45 game, I also have Dillon .45ACP dies with toolhead, powder drop and toolstand if you happen to know anyone interested.
Been using it with a Dillon RL550B press.
