WTB AR Rear sight/carry handle

I've decided to go with an F-height front post on my new AR and am looking for a good-quality rear sight/carry handle to match up with it. Used is OK, from China is not.
I travel between Gatesville and Killeen a lot and prefer something FTF but will pay shipping for something good.
