Its just gotta be in here somewhere, but I couldn't find the instructions and the UCP wasn't any help.
So, how can the password be changed?

Go to the User Control Panel, then click on the tab labeled "Profile." Under that, on the left-hand side, you'll see an option for "Edit account settings." Skip the email part, then enter and confirm your new password. Finally, enter your current password to prove it's really you, and click the "Submit" button.
