verticalscope.com was recently hacked and 45 million accounts were stolen. Verticalscope recently purchased a portfolio of firearms related forums. I know this one was not part of the purchase. However, the hackers could have bots hitting forums trying out the account information. I've gotten several of those today. I emailed a screenshot to Charles a while ago.

I first noticed it about 8:30 this morning & I thought it was my computer, until I logged off surfed the internet & came back an hour later. About every 4th or 5th action I get some sort of error message. "Ajax server not available"(or something like that. And the 1040 to many users are the most often I get.

Hope they get it straightened out.

Prior to reading this post I received a pop-up message on my computer. It said something along these lines: Windows has detected another computer with the same IP address logged into this site.
I X'ed out the message not giving it another thought until I came across this thread. Then I had to sign into the forum 3 times before I could submit this comment. Not sure that it means anything just passing along.

Maybe the internet host updated their MySQL servers and config.php needs to be adjusted to match?

I too received multiple error messages this morning trying to log on and this site does seem to be running quite a bit slower than normal. Don't think it is my computer as it is new and has more than the normal amount of RAM. May be time for the tin-foil hat.....

Yep, this site is running very slow for me this morning. Everything else seems to be normal speed.

Yup. That's what I'm getting too. Interesting observation: Just now(10:41am), there are 116 'guests' listed. Whenever there's a big slowdown or a denial of service attack you'll see that many or more 'guests' online.
