Turnaround Time on New Application

My wife just finished all her requirements and electronically sent in the necessary paperwork. What is the approximate turnaround time running on new applicants presently? Thanks!

Here is my wife's timeline
3/11-submitted application
3/13-fingerprinted
3/26-submitted CHL-100
4/1-Went into print pending status
When government takes away citizens' right to bear arms, it becomes citizens' duty to take away government's right to govern

Today, the status changed to mailed.
When government takes away citizens' right to bear arms, it becomes citizens' duty to take away government's right to govern
