2008 TSRA Annual Meeting

#1

Post by Crossfire »

This time last year, we were all making plans to meet up in Mesquite for a fine weekend of socializing over guns, barbeque, and chocolate (and maybe a few adult beverages).

Since no one else has started this yet, then I guess I will be the one.

Where will you be on February 29, 2008?

I'll be there...

If the cows come home and the creek don't rise...

+2 this year, if you do your part to harrass "miss thang" down here...

I think I can afford an extra ticket this year too!!!

At a Farnam course in Victoria. I'll miss the meeting for the third year in a row. :???:

Is it going to be in conjunction with a gun show at Mesquite Rodeo again?

I think Feb 29th is open for us, I'll have to check and make sure. What is the deal with this get together. First I've heard of it. Any info would be appreciated. :tiphat:

Annual TSRA meetings and gun show. We have had a table set up for meet and greet the last couple of years but this year we have a booth

Thinks Mr Brown. I'll mark that date and try and make it. I joined the TSRA at a Mesquite gun show this past fall. I met KeithB at that gun show and would enjoy meeting some of the other board members.

Kimberly and I are really trying to find time this year to attend....it is going to be a tuff fit into our schedule, but neither of us are big on breaking traditions! I might have to recruit Charles to babysit so I can spend some time in the lobby with Linda, Marty, and Steve. :biggrinjester:

I look forward to the event every year and really hope to be there.

Looks good for me. It will be good to see everyone again. Ray, I'm good for Sunday morning to help man the booth. Jason and Kimberly, I sure hope you can make it.

I was looking at this today, and it doesn't look like the TSRA website has the info up yet...I did hear from someone in their office that they are looking for a "webmaster" to work the website...Any takers???

The next TSRA magazine has the event detailed...

We plan to go to the Friday night dinner, Saturday show and seminars, and the Saturday night banquet...

Don't forget the Friends of NRA Dinner that Friday night. A great way to start the weekend.

I'd be honored! I'm getting pretty good at this Granddad duty.
