Okay, not really from Larry Bird - rather examples from how the NBA great practiced and mastered the fundamentals of his game.

At some level, big games in professional sports and self-defense are similar. In both cases, you're training to be able to do a complex motor movement in a stressful situation.


Obtaining the LTC is only the first in many steps necessary for us to actually defend ourselves or others.
