So now Gemtech is part of American Outdoor Brands Corporation. Maybe it's just me reaching for something that isn't there but maybe s&w knows something we don't about the hearing protection act... If that were to go thru business is gonna be real good for companies like Gemtech.

If the HPA passes, we will see prices drop because of more competition in the marketplace.

If the SHUSH act passes, I look for the bottom to fall out because the competition won't need to have a federal manufacturer's license.

Of course, in either case, demand will go up.

In either case, we'd be able to roll our own from a Maglite or an oil filter, would we not?

S&W hasn't stayed in business this long without picking up a few insider tips along the way. Whether it's the HPA, or SHUSH, they are sitting in the catbird seat, because they have the infrastructure to ramp up manufacturing, even at reduced pricing. Volume sales will carry the day for them.

Yup, I believe so.. Unless it's against the law to manufacture a firearm accessory
