If I sell a gun to a dealer (FFL-holder) either at a store or at a gun show, does the dealer have to fill out ATF paperwork? I know that if I buy a gun from an FFL-holder, I have to fill out the ATF paperwork, but I was just wondering if the dealer has to fill it out if he buys from me (a non-FFL-holder)?
Also, what do you have to do to become a professional gun appraiser? Are there courses you can (or have to) take and is a license required?
Thanks for your help,

I don't know that there is a "certificate" for appraising guns.
Thanks, appreciate the help.

Actually there are 2 answers. If it is for his personal collection then no. For the business, yes. My FFL has bought several from me and vice versa(from his personal collection) and no paperwork.
