Texas company, is where I bought mine at. I talked to them and was able to drive out to their shop and pick mine up. They don't actually run a store front though. They also provide custom IIIA armor services, where you ship them a cardboard shape you want.

Check out "Bulletproofme.com" out of Austin. they have a selection of new as well as PD trade-In vests and other equipment.
