Brother killed, article full of gun fail

"Twenty-one-year-old John Bradley took the clip out of his gun, cocked it back and the gun jammed, his mother tells KPRC.
John Bradley attempted to re-cock the gun, and when it released, the gun fired, fatally striking his 19-year-old brother, Joshua Bradley in the head, their mother said. John Bradley did not pull the trigger, his mother said."
