I also have the TALO all black rear sight with U-notch, and a Trijicon HD orange front sight on my G43. the G43 is a GREAT gun and while I find that any night sight is better than none, I do not find the blacked-out rear sight to be optimal. I have a similar set-up on my G 17. While good for combat accuracy at close quarters, without the two rear dots I find that for my vision it makes leveling a bit more difficult as distances increase and in real darkness you can't tell, with certainty, exactly how the muzzle is oriented windage-wise (in a stress situation you could actually be outside the rear U, to the left or right and not know it). So there is room for improvement with that set-up IMHO. I find that I prefer to have all three illuminated dots for a night sight set-up. I have a three dot system on my G 19 and it serves me far better accuracy-wise...YMMV. :cheers2:
