Sutherland Springs victims family to sue Academy

I did not see this posted anywhere and mods please move it if it's in the wrong spot.

It basically boils down to the fact that he listed his home address as Colorado Springs, CO and that it is illegal to purchase a firearm with an out of state address.

I thought this only applies to handguns, not rifles or shotguns, but maybe the law has changed and I'm not aware of it.
