Pairing a blade and a blaster

#1

Post by surferdaddy »

I have a nerdy confession…I often “pair” my carry pistol and my knife. Now; sometimes it is based upon carry ease, concealment, maybe weight, but other times it is based purely (sigh) on looks. I am a gun and knife nerd.

Hmmm; I think a BM 530 would go nicely with a gen 3 g27…vintage 2012.

It's kind of like matching your leather belt, shoes and holster... there is no shame in properly accessorizing! (my knife is "in" pocket, so it doesn't match anything! )

I have been neglecting my belt/shoe/holster coordination.

My M&P was griping about being paired with a Sig Sauer (by Hogue) auto-knife. The 320 is boxed up and heading off for a spa weekend in Oregon.

Is this a fashion nightmare? My knife is bigger than my blaster!

These are two of my carry combinations. I only daily two different knives, but I have a few more handguns in my rotation that get the majority of the carry time. These two just seem to match the best.
