It happens in a quick split second. You can barely tell what happens unless they slow it down:

Classic. Booger hook on the bang switch as his left hand is in front of the muzzle. That dude got lucky!

Guessing Northern CA., cause that's where this "Bullseye" guy seems to be located?

If they guy(s) walking in back with their hand on the shooter's shoulder is some kind of instructor, why didn't they stop things right there?

Watching on my phone, but that doesn't look like a glock. I thought those things only happened with glock.

That is how my dad came to acquire his Ithaca 1911 which sits in my safe today...... a guy in the rifle company he commanded on Guam towards the end of the war actually DID blow a large part of his hand off with the gun, which dad confiscated. Ma Green owed him one personally owned nickel plated Colt Gov't 1911 which was taken from him at the aid station on Iwo Jima where he was treated before evacuation to Guam, so he kept that Ithaca and brought it home with him.

That was crazy. I don't see what the purpose of that drill was. Can somebody explain?

Wonder how much training the gentleman had wearing gloves? Something I could never get comfortable with.

With the instructor's position I'm guessing it would be possible that no one would have noticed for 5-10 seconds if this guy had taken off a finger. Once the pain started and blood dripped I'm guessing, just guessing someone would have noticed.

I can only guess that it is dominant hand shooting at multiple targets while moving in the event, a two handed grip is not possible. I do similar practice with both dominant and weak hand, but usually not walking in a straight line. The guy in the video, almost got to find out how it would be to only be able to shoot one handed.
