Happened yesterday or the day before. A 13 year old brought a gun to the park took it out of his backpack and put a round in it talking about Russian roulette. 14 year old took the gun from the first kid, pointed it at him and shot him in the chest, pronounced dead at the hospital. 14 year old arrested on 2 felony charges.

I just heard about this tonight. Tragic news. Also I'd like to note that on the news they said it was a game that went "tragically wrong". WHEN Is Russian roulette supposed to go right? We don't need gun-control. We need gun education!

The boy who supposedly brought the gun to the park is dead and another boy shot him with the said gun. So, who do we believe when the boy who "brought" the gun is not alive to tell the story? Boy that is alive and incarcerated for the shooting probably has more to tell than is presently being told. Where did these "good" boys get the gun and the ammo? Pretty tragic no matter what and there is an adult that really needs to be punished somewhere in this picture.

As per usual, very poor reporting. No real info, nothing much more than a headline. Maybe as more info is revealed we will be able to actually determine what, how and why.

So where or what is the Never Again lesson? This is just general stupid stuff, non-preventable by anybody on this forum, and almost certainly neither kid's parents were forum members.
