National Firearms Act of 1934. This is the Act that regulated to sale of full auto weapons and other devises. I don't know if surpressors were in the 1934 or 1968 ban.

As long as were are taking away the NFA '34, lets add the 1968 ban, 1986 ban, 1989 ban, and any other that I am not recalling. If I am gonna wish I am gonna wish big!

If I'm not mistaken the later bans built upon the 34 ban.

So, if I'm right destroy the foundation the rest will fall also.

Logic dictates that that's what should happen. The gun grabbers have never been accused of using logic.

Suppressors - incorrectly referred to in the language as "silencers" - were including in the 1934 NFA.

Thanks for the correction, Lindy. I wasn't sure that they had been developed by 1934.

Contrary to popular belief,if you can own a handgun you can own a Class III item.Altough it is rather time consuming and more importantly costly,it can be legally done by one of four means...If anyone is interested in more info,I will be happy to give you the details..
