Anyone using this third generation wireless yet which uses cellphone technology ? Apparently available in some major service areas but not everywhere. The buzz is all about notebooks, but I believe there is a device to link a desktop.

LOL, this article is knocking EDGE @ 236 kbps as too slow, but is sounds like Heaven compared to my current hookup at 49.2 kbps via landline ISP.

Where are you exactly?
3g is in all the major cities in Texas (DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio,etc)
