Ok my popup blocker is retarded but I hit the epay button on the fast page and then the popup blocker blocked it so i clicked allow and it knocked me to the very beginning of the appointment page. I got a email saying i have a appointment so now Im forced to pay via money order. How much do i make the money order out for is it 9.99 or 9.95.
