I saw a picture of Trump playing golf side by side with a photo of John McCain's casket coming down the aisle. The headline said both photos were taken at the same time. No mention that Trump was told to stay away and was not invited.

Not much difference. Liberals adored McCain because he was one of them except in party affiliation.
