FiveThirtyEight
Harry Enten 1:19 AM

The Associated Press has called Toomey the winner of the Pennsylvania Senate race. The Republican Party has officially retained control of the upper chamber of Congress with that victory.

CBS News hasn't called it but they are talking as though it's over. "Largest political upset in American history."

96% of PA is counted.

Trump is up almost 50K votes

This could be it.

I'm calling PA for Trump. Blue counties are mainly in, lots of red counties still reporting. Will be 40-50,000 vote win in the end.
