Would be good, but I doubt it will happen. I'm hanging my hopes on HPA2017and Nat'l Reciprocity, but I support this too!

I signed it but doubt it goes any where. Repealing the NFA will have to be done in steps much like Constitutional carry. Silencers become unregulated, then possibly sbr's and sbs's. Then the hardest sale will be the deregulation of guns with a fun switch.

I think there is a chance for barrel length restrictions being removed if the Hearing Protection Act passes but hold little hope for machine guns.
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law to pursue a natural justice.

Signed the petition. Full steam ahead. If you don't have 1 minute to sign it, then you just don't care.

I signed this one, but I avoided signing any such petitions during Obama's presidency because I didn't want the administration to be able to identify me directly with guns. Paranoid maybe, but you can't say that I didn't care.

Broad brushes, and all that.........

Ditto TAM. I had no reservations whatsoever. If this is just a ruse to ensnare more of us, then so be it.

Sometimes I really wish a lawyer would chime in and clear things up. Do we have any lawyers on this forum?

Just saw 234,845 signed. Thats good, but the petition for the Hughes amendment to be repealed still needs 32,000 signatures to get to 100,000.
