Commercial Surveys

#1

Post by Mxrdad »

I have seen on Fox News a commercial asking opinions on the Mexico wall. They have an 800 number to call and say hit 1 for Defend our borders, or 2 for no wall. Disclaimer: I may have these numbers backwards, dunno, but you get the point.

My question is; whats with these commercials? Legit? Data Gobbler? Does it really matter what the outcome of this survey is? I just don't see anything good coming out of participating in one of these. Just looking for different views on this one.
Just some guy's opinion.

It's probably a money maker for somebody; I bet you get charged if you call.

Doesn't an 800 number mean: No charge?
