No criminal records. Just moved around a lot in the past five years, all in and around Houston area. I bet you get some movement ASAP! I have not heard of it taking that long for anyone else?
Edit: well, take my example an outlier to the theory. Today is 4/11, and it is still under review.. days after I contacted them online.
