Application Completed - 51st Day

Application Received per USPS Return Receipt - April 5th
PIN Received - May 10th (Letter dated May 4th)
Application Completed - license issued or certificate active - May 26th

Got the good news on the DPS website today. 51 days so far; I'll
start looking for the magic envelope next week then I can use
Charles' dancing CHL holder.

I recieved my letter and it was dated the 19th of May so maybe mine will follow the path yours took and I should get mine in 18 days.. smile.. wishful thinking huh.. LOL
