Took the class on Oct 10. Submitted
Fingerprinted on Oct 13. Put in app on same day, next day (14'th) got a confirmation.
My card came in today (Nov 23).

In case anyone is curious I've lived in Harris County, Jefferson County, and (now) Hardin County.

The website still says pending even though the card is in my hands.
Just thought I'd throw out another experience :)

Uploaded CHL to site: 10/27 (Day 24)

I don't think they actually start processing your application until they have everything...just FYI they will consider 10/27 the first day. Did you get an email confirmation after submitting chl cert?
