When I was 14 years old I threw a rock at a car driving down the road and busted the persons window, I was charged criminal mischief and had to be on probation. I called around and went to the court house to try and get the documents, but was told since it happened when I was a minor that the records were sealed and I would have to get a lawyer and go before the judge to get the documents, but the lady was very nice and told me all the information from the case that the DPS was asking for. I put all this information on my application and explained why I didn't submit the documents, but I'm still worrying that they will want the records for a misdemeanor that happened 18 years ago.
