my time line started in Febuary 2016 and gets to end as of today November 22, sometimes we have no control over how our card is to be delivered, in my case we finally found out that our mother changed the address at the house to invalid and moved to a POB in town, the State was able to send to the POB as long as the physical address stayed the same, so thanks to all the folks in this forum for their stories, and to the State forgetting this finally over.
