So I got a letter in the mail wanting more info on my arrest back in 2005 I was 16 a minor. Charge was 2nd degree burglary an was dropped to a misdemeanor I was giving 40 hours community service and 3 years probation completed both of them. I sent the info in now I'm just wondering can I still be denied? I've had a clean record my whole adult life.

It has been years ago since I posted but if you search my user name you may find my post on DWI’s. I had more than 2 charges but only 2 convictions. I had to go to all the courts and get documentation on final outcome of charges. 2 convictions is still a misdemeanor and not over 1 year jail. You are OK. I waited over 4 months and then got the notification for need of more info. It only took 2 days to get the OK after they got the extra info. Hope that helps.

is " In the mail" an actual status that will show on the page or does it just die off on PRINT PENDING?

It will say "Mailed", but some have received their license before that ever showed up. :???:

Mine too. I did fingerprints on 3/3/18 and took my class 16 months ago. Been in "limbo background check pending" since then.......just have to wait.
Patience is key I think. Waiting for the process and while carrying. I have had my CHL before but let it lapse (I know , dumb), but never had to use my weapon as a civilian.
Good luck everyone and browse this forum. Very useful information here. Lots of voices and most give good counsel

Mine turned "print pending" yesterday as well. Can't wait to finally have plastic in hand.
